I've flown on a few although only BA CitiExpress version out of BHX.

Up front I think it is 2:2 if memory serves which seemed quite spacious, however I do remember the curve of the fuselage encroaching on the window seats.

I can't remember any funny noise particularly however having never sat any further back than row 2 on a 146/RJ100 maybe I can't hear it up front...
