All very odd. I stayed there exactly a year ago and, as a Gold, got upgraded to one of the mini-suites described above (at least 60 sq metres) with a beautiful Japanese style four-poster and about $75 of free Molton Brown toiletries. No view but I could live with that. The three executive lounges (!) were great - good food, free web access, good views. Absolutely no complaints except for the price, which was c $300 per night (peak cherry blossom time) for an executive floor room.
