Part of my problem with this hotel is that I paid for Exec level (floors 10 and 11) and didn't get it. I was put on the 7th floor in a very small room. They did give me a ticket for the lounge for breakfast and I was able to get in there one night by arguing with the person working the lounge - but it seemed like such a hassle. Every time I called the concierge desk, they said "oh - someone will have to call you back" and they never did. The hotel didn't look that busy so I don't understand why everything happened the way it did.
