"It should be rather obvious now to anyone following this thread that Starwood is taking care of the Lanesborough, rather than looking after Starwood customers.
John Scanlon has undoubtedly been made aware of this thread. . . it may be that the arrogant, insulting response about taking care of "our loyal guests" is intended to generate a few more cancellations before any of the riffraff descends upon "his" hotel this July."
