I agree - I am very disappointed with the arrogance I have found at CO lately.

I for one do not believe CO has the best program out there - after all, what good is a reward program with no seats available?

Also, although I am PLT at AA, CO would not comp me anything. That's fine - apparently they have also decided they don't need my revenue.

Sorry to have to say this, yet it is true.

Also, I believe CO initiated the increase in the change fee, which we all know was complete greed by all the airlines. Furthermore, even if they did not initiate it, they did not have to adopt it. that was their choice.

At least with AA there are seats available CONSISTENTLY.
