One of my favorite Palo Alto restaurants has always been Evvia, I think they have the best Lamb Chops I have ever tasted. They also have a great Striped Bass.

I haven't been back since I've returned to the bay area so I don't know if they've maintained their quality. But, if they have, I'd highly recommend them.
