Chris,

I see your point but need some clarification. I actually may be one of these individuals caught in the fine print. I called the number required to use a cert. I booked 3 nights and informed the agent that I am going to use the cert for one free night. The agent booked me in a rate where I did pay one night in advance and I will pay the other two nights when I arrive and she informed me that I need to bring my cert in order to get one night free. So, in your opinion, do I not have an advance rate (as I'm not paying the full cost in front) or did I have the misfortune of getting an agent that may not fully understand the process?

Thanks,
Rob
