I am going to DPS from PPT and will fly on TN to AKL than spend the night in AKL and then catch the LAN flight to SYD arriving at 0700 and wait for the GA flight to DPS.
I have the possibility to book a 6 and a half nights stay at the Intercontinental Bali Resorts including brakfasts, transfers from the airpot to the hotel and back and air fares on Garuda's SYD-DPS-SYD flight. It is 1000 USD in Y and 1500 USD in J. The flight is on an A333. My questions are...

Is it worth paying the extra money ?
Do they have PTV's in Executive Class on the Airbuses ?
Where can I find a seating chart of their A 333's ?
Which FFP is it worth to accrue the miles with ? GA's own or any other ???
How many miles for the return trip in Business Class ? as it only tells you about the mileage in Economy.
Wasn't it possible to accrue miles on KLM FD ?
