You can put in a seat request by e-mailing KLM, by clicking on "Contact" on the bottom left side of KLM's home page and then clicking the "e-mail now" link underneath "Existing Reservation". However, KLM's general policy is to assign seats at the airport. As a result, do not expect to have confirmed seat assignments in advance.
