Most is not all of the Lagoon tower rooms have been renovated, whereas most of the Ocean Tower rooms are severely worn-- We begged, repeatedly for the Lagoon Tower on our recent stay (January 05), but were denied. I was shocked at the poor service/treatment and total indifference of the staff at this "resort". But I have read a number of positive accounts from others. So, either condtions change constantly there, or expectations do.
