Try the Rosslyn (Arlington, VA) Residence Inn - I've had some good experiences at this one & its within walking distance of the Metro. There's also one in Dupont Circle that I've never stayed at, but have heard good things about. The one in Pentagon City is apparently very tough to get 2-bedrooms suites because of all the Government Contractor (i.e. really really long extended stays) long-term business.
