I was able to change my default CDP in my profile to Southwest Airlines. When I did that, I was then able to change the marketing preferences to receive promotions.

That doesn't quite answer my question... my problem isn't how do I add multiple CDP codes, it's that the presence of my company's CDP code prevents me from taking part in the Hertz awards program. I'd rather have that than 500 marriott points a rental!
