The CO staff at LAX is still upset at Gordon for closing the MX operation a few years ago. So they invariably take it out on the customer.

My worst CO experience in the 5 years as an elite was also at LAX. Reading your account, I think Joe was the same moron I had problems with. Nice to know that some things do not change.

Without a doubt, LAX is the worst CO operated station in the country. (I say CO operated, because IMHO LAS it the worst, but LAS is operated by HP)
