We used to fly BUF-ROC, about 80 miles +/-. It was usually part of an itin like BUF-ROC-BOS.

I flew BUF-ROC-ORD once on United -- we picked up a UA captain who was heading to ORD to make a flight. He lived in ROC. I think UA scheduled that particular routing just to accomodate him.
