You know, I'm all for more passenger-friendly suggestions and rules, but I read that link to legislation proposed by senator Reid, and I think it's laughable.

At best, it's a series of whining comments about airline delays and pricing. At worst, it displays a startling lack of knowledge about how airlines sell tickets and control their costs. I don't think legislators should get involved if all they can produce are such half-a$$ed and badly thought out measures.
