I have to agree with the water. I checked in at the Westin San Diego last week and I actually went to the gym to fill my water bottle because there were two liter bottles on my dresser that were next to a menu with exorbitant prices for the water.
When I got back in the evening, there was a sign on each water saying it was comped.
