Actually, as Chairman and CEO you first and only goal would be to restore profitability and increase the return on your share holders investment. Otherwise the B.O.D. would toss you out on your @$$ before you get to the whimsical enhancements.
This was my thinking too. Most of these proposals are at an operational level. Many good ideas however for discussion at an Exec Meeting.
