Has anyone been able to get Delta SkyMiles from Delta's hotel parnter Sol Melia? Delta's website says you get 500 miles for each qualifying stay. I have stayed twice at Sol Melia properties, verified that I qualified for the miles at check in, gave them my number at check-in and check-out but never got the miles. I wrote letters with copies of my invoices to Sol Melia and Delta and never got a response and never got the miles.

I no longer stay at Sol Melia since they did not give me the miles.

I wanted everyone to know that Sol Melia did not honor their commitments and wondered if this was just my experience or if it was widespread.
