One thing UAL really needs to do is increase incentives for F and C customers. 150% for F,A,C,D,Z,Y,B is a joke. UA needs to ear more loyalty from those paying for a three class flight in F, alot more than the B or Z fares.

How about:

200% RDM, EQM for three class First.
150% RDM, EQM Business, or First on two-cabin planes.
125% RDM, EQM for those on Y, B (& M?) Economy fares.

Without a sufficient incentive to pay for three class first, people will continue to buy C or D and upgrade to first. The 150% RDM vs 125% RDM is nothing to a 1P/1K. Actual RDM is 225% on C or D for a 1P/1K and 250% for F or A. The difference being 10% extra RDM and 0 extra EQM for what can be double the price.
