Hello, our pediatrician recommended Children's Tylenol. We only used it once and it worked wonderfully. This would also help your child if she experiences earache while the plane is taking off and when it is landing ( due to pressure changes ). We noticed that having a bottle ready for our baby to suckle or even her pacifier was enough to prevent the ear ache. Every child is different but i wish you the best.
