I've used the Sony MDR-NC20s for years but it's time for a replacement. The Sony's can be uncomfortable after awhile and they take a bit of space in my overstuffed briefcase. They have held up remarkably well however.

There's been lots of comparative discussion on the Solitudes and the Bose QC2 but I have two more issues that I may have missed - how do they compare for comfort and "packability"? How about durability?

Any thoughts/reactions would be appreciated.
