HP is still upgrading CO Elites, last weekend the ticket agent gave us Platinum and companion upgrades for our return flights from LAX the next day!! It turned out that there were only 4 passengers on the LAX-PHX leg, and 3 non-revs and an empty seat on the PHX-TUS. There was a time when it was difficult to upgrade in and out of TUS, wonder where all the TUS elites went?
