You can do an open jaw, but in order for it to work, you have to go out and back across the same ocean. If you have both a transpacific and transatlantic, then it's a RTW.
A published routing from CHS to VVO is with Air France, going CHS-ATL-CDG-ICN-VVO, with ATL-CDG-ICN on AF. This would seem to be your logical solution.
The one bit that might cause trouble is the fact that "Russian Far East" is listed under "North Asia" at 60K, but it also says North Asia travel must be via the pacific. Not sure if they'll pick up on this automatically or not, and you might be able to luck out and get it for 50K, as "Russia (Eastern)" is listed for Europe, and it would be via the Atlantic. In any case, definitely let us know what happens, I for one would be very interested to see how they treat this scenario, as the SkyTeam timetable comes up with no transpacific routing from ATL to VVO, only transatlantic.
There is an MPM on awards, but it's usually way more than you'd ever need. Shouldn't need to worry about it if you're doing an open jaw... if you were doing a stopover, which would involve flying CHS-FRA-VVO-FRA-CHS, then you'd almost definitely be over the MPM.
