Usually the first Visa points post within 1 - 2 billing cycles. If the points are not there by then, I would recommend contacting Marriott Guest Services and they can research the matter accordingly.

Just so I understand the process here...who is actually ultimately responsible for making sure that I get the points...is it the card issuer (Bank One) or is it Marriott?
