Actually, Delta does have a T class RT fare (T14OBV95 - 14 day ADV purchase) for non-stop service between ATL-MSP that prices out at $198.40 all-in via Delta.com.
I think the problem is finding flights at specific times and on specific dates that still have T class seats available as many flights over a number of days in May already show U class.
