That's true, that's for one way only. It was $400/ea way last summer. She should be able to score FC seats on a paid segment upgrade next March-it's not peak travel time.

I've generally been able to snag A fares that were equivalent to the price of a Coach ticket plus the $500 for upgrades. The difference is that you are guaranteed a first class seat instead of chancing it to see if seats are available at the time of travel.
