I've gotten $79 AAA weekend rates many times. It's a great bargain for a hotel like this. Also, parking is free and easy. One of our favorite places for the Renaissance EEO as well.

its a non refundable advanced purchase rate
$99 is the lowest if you want to use bonus bucks, marriott certs, marriott checques or premium pound
my bill was $198 room + $16 in taxes - $189 for a premium pound = $25
