I have really enjoyed my experiences with America West. I fly at least six roundtrips per year with them, for the last three years. Most (80%) segments are upgraded with CO Elite status. On the whole, the first class flight attendants have always been much more attentive than Continental or Northwest. I've never had a canceled flight and never a delay greater than one hour. The America West Clubs are nice, Phoenix is my home airport, and I am able to often times get great fares. One other nice feature is that I've never had a problem getting on an earlier or later flight than originally scheduled. The one time I changed my flight to a different day, I wasn't charged the $75. All on M (the lowest fare) class tickets!
