Yes, you are quite right, cwpfly! I was aware of this already, but for this who were not, it is an excellent point. The solution, of course, is to rate give CO a low quality ranking.

For what it's worth, there are three programs I intend to punish this year: LatinPass, Delta SkyMiles, and CO OnePass. I haven't decided what I will rate each, but it is safe to say that none of them will score better than a 4 from me.
