If you look carefully at www.denycontinentalthefreddie.com , there is no "instruction" to follow. Randy Petersen is aware of the discontent toward Continental, and the effort to deny them the award. I'd rather not mess-up his process by suggesting a way to fix it, so one airline or another doesn't win. I'm sure, he and his staff in their collective wisdom will come up with a way to let us know how to show our appreciation or a lack of it toward a specific airline.

I appreciate his respect and encouragement, and he has certainly earned enough of mine to suggest that we do not tarnish the Freddie process.
