) From what I remember from Econ 101, there are two ways to compete in a free market - price and product differentiation. After years of inaction by the legacy carriers in hopes that things would magically get better in a tremendously competitive environment, DL seems to be trying
something. They may not be getting it right with every step, but you gotta give Jerry G & Co credit for at least recognizing that the times have changed.
DL needs to do what it needs to do to survive (and hopefully thrive) and each pax needs to do what he/she needs to do. We all gotta make our own choices.
