Myabe we should forweard this thread to the engineers at Boeing so they can design the new air handling systems on the 787 to address the fast food smell issue!

People have a right to eat on planes but the fast food from terminals does have a pretty large smell foot print...yes, even the burgers and fries from the likes of BK or Macdonalds.

I do think a pre-beverage trash run by the FA's would make sense beacause as we all know it can sometimes be an hour before the first trash pick up.
