Of course all of these usually require switching planes in NRT or AMS (plus a couple of KIX/NGO switches), but they are "direct" flights.

You might want to change all instances of "direct" to "nonstop" in your post.

OH come on! Bash me over the head with symantics! I think it was clear what I meant in my post, NONSTOP....you know clearly that the flights that you listed (eg 69 via KIX, 42/46 via AMS, etc) have connections and often with equiptment changes (eg 69 747 to 757 at KIX)
