For accrual to Qantas ( as detailed at http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/...m/terms#jump23 )

GKLMNOQRSV classes earn 25% mileage
BHY classes earn 100% mileage
TW classes earn 110% mileage
CDIJ classes earn 135% mileage
AF classes earn 150% mileage

An H class ticket, accrued to Qantas will earn 100% miles and Discount Economy Status credits

( On the Oz-UK routes there is the current bonus where all discount economy classes earn at 100% )
