They must be speeding up - or maybe the phone call did help?

Hi all,

As a bonafide lurker, I saw from previous postings that a phone call seemed to help. I called two weeks ago and was told that they were processing first stay bonuses within 10 weeks. I've been checking regularly, and my stay on the 5th of March was credited on the 14th of April.
