Looking at your itinerary I'd say the Qantas FF program will offer you the best earning potential. You'll earn 100% of miles on all QF sectors (including the two operated by FJ), and because you're booked in H class, you'll earn 100% of miles on the BA sectors as well. Sorry to tell you this, but an H class fare on BA will only earn 0.25 points in the QF programme. There is an exception to this however (at least till 30 June). The exception is as follows:
