Most economy booking classes on BA only earn 25% of miles. Based on this, your itinerary would earn you around 27,000 miles, which should be plenty for a free return trip within Europe.
Sorry to tell you this, but an H class fare on BA will only earn 0.25 points in the QF programme. There is an exception to this however (at least till 30 June). The exception is as follows:

"Qantas Frequent Flyers from Australia and New Zealand can now enjoy one point for every mile flown on British Airways economy class flights between Australia and Europe.

This bonus offer is valid for travel from 24 August 2004 until 30 June 2005 on eligible economy flights that include a British Airways flight number on the ticket.

Eligible flights are all British Airways flights in either direction between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide or Darwin to Singapore, Bangkok, and Frankfurt or London. All other British Airways discount economy flights on non-JSA routes will continue to earn 0.25 Qantas Frequent Flyer points per mile flown.

Points earned under this bonus offer will be automatically credited to the member's account within six weeks after travel is completed."

Y fares are unfortuantely usually the only way to get 100% mileage credit on BA flights through the QF programme.
