Actually I couldn't look at my itineraries online. The main page would list the "completed trips". When clicking on one of those links I would get

Unfortunately I needed the detail in order to get the ticket numbers. I certainly understand that a person can't change an itinerary after it's completed, but it would sure be nice sometimes to be able to actually view the details at a later date.
