I'm bringing this forward to let everyone know how this was resolved - it's always nice to know what to expect if you have a similar problem.

After slightly less than a month, 5 of 6 segments posted (to put me at 89 segments - aargh!). So I called OnePass today and talked to a very helpful Ms. Perkins. We determined which segment didn't post and she also determined that the segment was mis-entered (MCI-MOM rather than MCI-MEM). Apparently the system will flag this and refuse credit, but it must not provide feedback to the data entry person since this didn't get corrected at the time (double aargh!). OnePass promised to correct this and hopefully later today I will be officially platinum.

Continental still has a long way to go on their computer systems, but I'm not going to complain about 4 weeks response time and ultimately, they did get it correct.
