I would have printed out my itinerary from nwa.com, except while the itineraries are listed, you can't access old ones like you can on continental.com.

An hour on the phone got me what I needed. First I talked to customer service reps at nwa.com. They said they couldn't send me receipts, but I should call Northwest's revenue protection group.

No problem. That number put me into an automated system. This is where I found out I needed to spend $15 for receipts. Completely bogus.

Next I called the Worldperks number. They were very helpful, and determined that the missing flights did in fact result from the gate agents cancelling flights on my original itinerary (contrary to procedure) when they upgraded me. Unfortunately, they couldn't waive the $15 fee, but suggested I call Northwest customer service.

After 15 minutes on hold I talked to a wonderful rep who first offered to simply give me Worldperks miles to replace the 4500 or so I will get from these flights. When I explained to her that I need these 6 flights for status (I'm sitting at 84 segments ytd) she looked up the itinieraries and offered to fax me the receipts at no charge.

Kudos to Northwest customer service on doing what they could to make the situation right. Now hopefully OnePass won't be a problem.
