You don't need reciepts...PERIOD. Raise hell with supervisors unyil somebody actually does their job an credits the flights. You really only need the ticket number and they CAN credit the flights (while you are on the phone..no less!). If they are going to be a pain, the boarding stubs are required. But,the recipt? Why? To prove you didn't steal the tickets, print your name on them,somehow hack their computer system and assign yourself seats? BUT actually paid for them? Yeah right. Call back with the ticket number, IT CAN BE DONE.
