Assuming that this is an OWE ticket, then no, that flight would not be allowed. All flights must be operated by OneWorld carriers.

But since the OP mentions he is flying in "H" class, then maybe he's using some other RTW product. As we know, the OWE RTW books in L for Economy class.

As for QF vs. BA, I'll have to leave that up to others who know those programs.
