I had a Rule Breaker NW award ticket SAN-IAH-CUN-IAH-SAN at 70,000 miles. First class is only 60,000 miles. Am CO GOLD and NW SILVER. The agents were very indifferent to any upgrades. Further the SAN-IAH segment was late, while the IAH-CUN left early! CO did not protect my connecting flight. Needless to say the flights were full on 11/18 and was not even given the courtesy of Customer Service center trying to get me a seat on the next and last flight to CUN. Rather, they seemed disinterested until Camilla booked me on it after some talking! Her wait listing me on the 1st upgrade was reversed by the gate agent! To top it off I left my new Sony NC-5's behind somewhere between the gate desk and the airplane on boarding. There were great for ONE segment!

Never again will I fly in coach. The Phillips burger and chips gave me the revenge on the return flight.
