recent experiences:
- Westin Santa Clara: free water, bathrobe, SPG floor, real glasses, free coffee coupons (that is, given to all gold/plat members)
- Sheraton Skyline Heathrow: free water, bathrobe, real glasses
- Arabella Sheraton Frankfurt congress center: Free water, no bathrobe, SPG floor (they have 2 SPG floors)
