Now that Amtrak and Bombardier have settled, I'm sure that they will be able to have that meeting and figure this out. The real question is, what exactly is wrong and how hard will it be to fix the problem and restore service.

Sadly, it's exactly that. Lost revenue for Amtrak, which will further increase their financial loss this year.
