It actually means the same thing. Some airlines refer to it as 120.20 and some as 240.
120.20 has to do with delays/cancellations within the airline's control so that they can put you on another carrier. It's a rule the allows the airlines to interline you to another carrier. 240 is for a flight that gets cancelled and you want your money refunded, even if the ticket is non-refundable.
