If you are paid in Yen, and don't spend your money in the Euro zone or the US/Canada, no one of the International currency cards is really for you.

A €-bank account in the Euro zone (for the € card) or a US$ account (for $ card) are recommended to settle your invoices, else you would incur additional transfer or cheque processing fees.
