What does that come out to if u are driving and get NO depreciation on car for adding 6k miles....like 3k in miles....at (generously low) $1.25/gallon and 25 mpg. =$5.00 in gas per 100 miles=$50 per 1000 miles=$600 in gas (no tolls, no meals, no lodiging, no depreciation, now 4 days lost in travel.)

Seems to me a fair trade off. Maybe u drive a Geo Metra, which changes these numbers, but who wants to drive twice across the country in a Geo?

Plus, who get frequent driver points?
