Canadians can easily declare themselves a non resident while still holding and maintaining citizienship and therefore are not required to declare any income for any tax collection purposes, including any and all wordwide income.

I also want a bank account that has funds in a second currency and I feel the Euro would be a good choice as compared to the american dollar.
