I'd like to take the international pre-departure and post-departure speaches and rip them up. They are too long and then have to be repeated in 2 or 3 languages. I think UA F/A's like to hear themselves talk because what takes 2-3 minutes on SQ or TG will take a UA F/A 15-20 minutes to say (often in a voice like a teacher scolding a student).

Sorry about the gripe but this is one of my pet peeves about UA...too many times when I'm hungover on a 7am flight leaving SIN or BKK and I have to listen to 30 minutes of this jive.
