Call 1-800 wecare2 and tell them as a CO elite you are following the procedure as detailed in your 2000 elite guide as provided to you by Continental One Pass at the beginning of the year. As you have received no updated or changed manual, and the one pass website still shows this manual and it's procedures as the current Elite Members Guide, DEMAND THAT THEY HONOR THEIR POSTED RULES AND PROCEDURES AND GIVE YOU THE UPGRADE!!!!!!
